Wire transfers are generally considered to be a safe and secure way to send money, as they are direct bank-to-bank transfers and do not involve the exchange of personal or financial information. However, it is important to make sure that you are sending your payment to the correct bank account and company name to avoid potential fraud.
Q. WHAT MEASURES DO YOU TAKE TO PROTECT MY PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION? We take the security of our customers' personal and financial information very seriously. Q. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR MY WIRE TRANSFER TO BE LOST OR STOLEN? While it is rare, it is possible for a wire transfer to be lost or stolen in transit. To protect against this, we recommend that you keep a record of your wire transfer receipt and any confirmation numbers provided by your bank. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us to inquire about the status of your payment.
Q. WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY WIRE TRANSFER? Yes, you should receive a receipt from your bank for your wire transfer. We also recommend keeping a copy of this receipt for your own records.
Q. CAN I REQUEST A REFUND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within a certain timeframe (as specified in our return policy). We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise and confirm that it meets the criteria for a return. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method, which in this case would be the bank account from which the wire transfer was sent.
Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER USING A WIRE TRANSFER? To pay for your order using a wire transfer, you will need to send the payment to our company bank account using the account details provided at checkout. Make sure to include your order number in the wire transfer reference field to help us identify your payment.
Q. WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR A WIRE TRANSFER? You will need to provide the following information to initiate a wire transfer:
- Our bank's name and address (depending on currency and location)
- Our bank's routing number (also known as the ABA number or SWIFT code)
- Our bank account number
- Our company name
- The amount you are paying
- Your order number (to help us identify your payment)
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY WIRE TRANSFER TO BE RECEIVED? The time it takes for a wire transfer to be received can vary depending on the bank and location of the sender and the recipient. It can take anywhere from a few hours, a few seconds to a few days for the transfer to be completed.
Q. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE MADE THE WIRE TRANSFER? If you need to cancel or change your order after you have made the wire transfer, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel or change the order after the payment has been received.
Q. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY WIRE TRANSFER HAS BEEN RECEIVED? We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your wire transfer. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us to inquire about the status of your payment.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? The arrival time of your order will depend on a number of factors, including the shipping method you choose, the location of the shipping address, and any potential delays in transit. Usually, shipping time is a maximum of 3 - 7 business days both locally and internationally.
If you selected standard shipping, your order should arrive within a few business days for addresses within the same country, and within a week or more for international addresses. Expedited shipping options may arrive more quickly but will usually cost more.
If you have not received your order within the expected time frame (maximum 3 - 7 business days), please contact us to inquire about the status of your shipment. We will do our best to provide you with an update and help resolve any issues that may have caused a delay.
Q. CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER? Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
