Kaimax 100u is a prescription medication containing botulinum toxin type A.  It is used to temporarily relax muscles for cosmetic purposes or for certain medical conditions.

What it does:

Kaimax is used to temporarily smooth out moderate to severe frown lines (glabellar lines) between the eyebrows in adults aged 19 to 65. It works by relaxing the muscles that cause these wrinkles.

What's in it:

• The main ingredient is botulinum toxin type A (100 units).
• It also contains human serum albumin (0.5mg) and sodium chloride (0.5mg to 0.9mg) for stability.

Appearance:

Kaimax comes as a white or light yellow powder in a glass vial. When mixed with saline solution, it becomes a clear or light yellow liquid ready for injection.
