OBSESSWELL™
OBSESSWELL™
Poly-γ-glutamic acid (γ-PGA) is a naturally occurring, high molecular weight, linear polypeptide primarily produced by microbial fermentation, notably by Bacillus species.
Cross-linking of γ-PGA:
Hydrogels made from γ-PGA can be developed through chemical cross-linking using agents like PEG and polysaccharides or through physical methods such as UV light, gamma irradiation, and electron beams.
Chemical-Free Process:
Obsesswell™ is uniquely fabricated using a physical electron-beam reaction, ensuring it is free from residual toxic chemicals.
Endotoxin and Microbe-Free:
During the production of Obsesswell™, high-energy electron-beam irradiation effectively reduces endotoxins and sterilizes the product, ensuring it is free from harmful microbes.
Structure of Obsesswell™:
Obsesswell™ features a multi-baglike structure that significantly enhances moisture absorption. The cross-linking between γ-PGA monomers, driven by electron-beam irradiation, boosts its rejuvenating and hydrating effects on the skin, along with its whitening properties.
Advantages of Obsesswell™:
Natural Moisturizing Activation: Enhances natural moisturizing factors like pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (PCA) and urocanic acid.
Improved Elasticity: Offers superior viscoelasticity and flow characteristics.
Filler Enhancement: Reduces swelling, embossing, and lumpiness, common issues with existing fillers.
